Jo’s career spans from front-line client advisory roles to serving as Chief Executive Officer for an employment support charity. Having successfully built and managed multi-location training provisions across South West England and Wales, Jo possesses a deep, firsthand understanding of the regional labor market.
Throughout her career, Jo has specialised in breaking down barriers to employment, designing industry-specific training academies, and leading high-performing teams to hit strict delivery targets.
